Unwind at this Amazing duplex located on the banks of the Grand Canal. The duplex was newly constructed with high-ceilings, and decorating details for a comfortable yet charming feel. Enjoy the large peaceful deck in the back while admiring the canal views.The ocean is just a short walk away with fine sand and curling waves and 1/2 mile from Damon pt. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 364 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
