Soaring ceilings in the great room and a double sliding glass door to a large covered back patio allows for all of the natural light to shine in. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. Large dining table can be further extended for more room. Master bedroom has an attached bathroom (full sized stand up shower), and a slider to the back patio. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed with twin bunk bed on top, and a twin sized trundle pullout. Sit by the fire pit in the backyard, or play cornhole as you watch boats glide by. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys available. Washer and dryer.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 364 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
